Beatrice Coron is a paper Sculpturer (cutter), but more importantly she is a story teller. Beatrice Coron creates paper cutouts of stories, weather they are her stories or others that she has been told. Her inspiration is the world, friends, family, history, future, and present day problems or events. I find Beatrice Coron to be very interesting not only in her accent but how she manages to be so free with her artwort. In other words, how it is almost a natural gift that she has, and just how precise and beautiful her creations are.
Watching the TED talk of her makes me think that she wanted to show an audience what she creates the artwork, how she does it, what topics she focouses on, and why she does what she does. Thinking back if the TED talk I think that Beatrice Coron was very successful at capturing the audiences attention, and how they were mesmerized by her precise artwork and why she decides to cover a certain situation or event instead of others. Finally Beatrice Coron was able to physically and emotionally capture the attention of the audience by walking out on stage with one of her art pieces around her, then presenting many, many more up on a screen and describing the thought process of them or most of them.
